Can landlords and managing agents enquire?
Yes. Include the property address, appliance details and access arrangements. Please avoid sending tenant information that is not needed for the repair.
Will my appliance always be repairable?
Some faults are not economical or practical to repair. Diagnosis helps establish the options; parts availability and the condition of the appliance can affect the recommendation.
